I wonder if centennial prefers it to be the dead heat of summer before it takes off, or maybe
they just don't do good here in NC. Last year, the first year, the centennials only grew to
about 6ft tall...

Marigold and Zinnia. The Zinnias are the small green plants in the close up picture. They will
grow into a multicolored flower. Both are supposed to attract ladybugs, aka garden badasses.

Who cares, most of the hops brewed with the beer so I'm sure it kills everything. The alcohol
probably kills any that were dry hopped.

I think it would probably split into 2 bines where it broke off. You could let both grow or cut
one off to have a single bine again.

Here is an update on my garden. The first two are 2nd year cascade hops. They are doing well
and growing a few inches a day. The other 2 or 2nd year centinnenials. They look healthy but
