    I used 2 voles of ca ale yeast and it took a little bitt for the flavor to settle down, now
    after 3 weeks bottled its a kick butt beer, drink 3 and you know you had something

    Ok did second taste test, reminds of a strong IPA with hints of pineapple and the oak n rum.

    I used same amount of prime sugar, the green is grassy, the wife said it tasted if uncook bread

    I just put it in 10 oz bottle was going to use my 24s, but since it seems to be kick butt
    better smaller bottles to keep it easy

    Local brew didn't have American ale so I went with WL california ale p001 no starter dumped 2
