    I just boxed them up and they were placed in a closet to carb up. So 70 ish degree. Everything
    has mellowed more and it's a great batch. Will make it again soon.

    What is the average life of a 5lb tank on two kegs? Also how long will the beer last in a keg.
    I would assume that as long as it's carbed it's good but I've learned not to assume.
