Hey, what did the wit beer recipe end up looking like. I'm thinking of doing a partial mash,
I'd be interested in knowing if anyone has any suggestions

If I have left over hop pellets, can I just put them in a zip lock, throw 'em in the fridge,
and be able to use them a few weeks later? Or do they go bad? How would one store left over
    hops?

I know, a 6.5g would be nice, that's what I used to have but I moved to another state and had
to sell it. The homebrew store by me only sells 6g. So, I'm not sure if those carboys can be

I'm going to be flying across the country soon and wanted to take some of my homebrew with me.
I was wondering if one can bring beer onto a plane. And also if this could somehow ruin the
    beer, althoug...

I must say that licorice/star anise sounds appealing, especially in a stout. Also with some
chocolate malt might be good. I'm just wary of making a bad batch, in terms of leaving it in
    too long, or no...

Has anyone ever used star anise? I took a wiff of some in the spice rack and thought it could
go well with some styles. Anyone? I could be way off here, I don't know.
