I would do it. If you're worried about aerating the fermenting wort, I can't believe aeration
would hurt the final product. The yeast will have plenty of time and energy to scrub the oxygen
out of the...

The Brett C batch has a pellicle on it? That seems odd. Brett C is a yeast strain with no

1/2" NPT threaded thermowell w/ a 1/2" NPT nut and o-ring. I siliconed the temp sensor directly

have a refract...

Pretty slick, but datasheet specs only rate it to 150°F, so would probably fail in brewing
conditions.I highly doubt the stream over 12" above the liquid is 150F in an atmospheric

I have used ultrasonic for many years for measuring levels of various materials. Most are not
affected by dust or turbulance. I would think that foam would not be an issue but if your using
it to meas...

I can, and will when I complete the project. I haven't yet because it's not where I want it

Ok so then I suppose my question is now, can I re-pitch my washed yeast I took from the
primary?Yes. I would also re-aerate the unfinished wort a little bit to help the yeast along.
