    Corona Mill hands down. I was using a pasta machine to mill and it would take about 40min with
    a drill to get through 10lb of grain. Used the corona for the first time this weekend and did a
    10lb bill...

    Pretty bad :) has a really harsh flavor. It's kindof hard to explain. It's not sour that I can

    So I'm pretty sure the kolsch I have is infected. Does this look like an infection to you
    veterans? This was my first all grain attempt as well :(

    Yeah I had only 1 oz of centennial so the rest are cascade. I'm sure it'll be close. I hear
    about people harvesting yeast from bottles. Not sure how that works but I'd like to do it some
    time.
