The main body is 100% pressed. I tasted it before moving to secondary and it seemed to not have
much "apple flavor". I have two batches, so I'll probably backsweeten one and carb the second.

Right. I will add Potassium Sorbate in order to halt fermentation. My question is whether 1 gal
