Some of you mentioned letting the gelatin cool before you add it to the beer. wont diluting it
into gallons of cold/or room temp beer do that? if it is necessary to cool it first what temp
is "cool" ?

I recently added about 6oz of coca nibs to about 4 gallons of stout in a corny keg at work.
Over the top chocolate in under a week ! The nibs were available at the local food co-op.
