I would like to recirculate through the chiller to sanitise it, would PVC pipe withstand the

wrap copper wire in a spiral around the inner. It will centre and cause the water flow to swirl

Yup, don't waste your money on cheap faucets. They are the heart of the whole system and you
will upgrade to per licks in short order.

You sure can but..... STC1000 is not a PID, an actual PID will do a better job of ensuring
temps are not overshot, especially with gas.
