    If I were to add anything I'd say why use English ale yeast in an Irish beer. Just for
    interest, the BYO Beamish clone is very close. Little on the toasty side

    Just for interest, I just recently received 2 stc1000, one of them neither relay works and the
    other, only the cooling relay works. The Chinese ebayer promtly refunded my money.

    have you recently replaced poppets? Most of the new poppets have very strong springs. I have
    had to cut a few shorter in order to carbonate beers in those kegs
