Home Brewing Biography: My wife bought me a kit 2 years ago from a thrift shop that was brand new still in the box. I read the direction and thought it would be to hard to learn at the momment due working on getting a degree. Recently A new guy in my shop told me that his brother does home brew and invited me to bring my kit over and they would show me how to brew. It was easier than I thought. Now I'm hooked.
Future Brews: I don't know. I have been making a beer a week for the past month in a half.

I've found the Google search option to work best.Yeah I was hopping to get some recomadation
from people who have been to some of them. I'm only there for a short time and I can't visit

I think this should be in general beer discussion. But I have made this before with almost the
exact ingreadents. I used Belgian High gravity instead, and it was the second best beer I have
ever made.
