Beersmith says that we should shoot for 1.012 and we just took a measurement and got 1.017. Do
we wait till we get 1.012 or do u think it is relativity ok? Thanks for help BTW!

We started with a pretty simple American wheat style (all grain). And after primary we added 3
lbs of organic blueberries (OG was 1.058). Fermented madly. Last year we did this same recipe

The last rye beer I tried failed to have any real rye flavor to me. Here is the same recipe
