  • I started drinking better beer. Once I saw the range of beers it seemed natural to want to brew some.

    So far mostly from kits, but golly, the vendor changes the recipe constantly so I never know what to expect.

    I've started doctoring them up to add body, a baby step but there youg go.

    Tomorrow I expect to brew from a recipe, next step I guess.

    Starsan will last a long time. I was amazed how for I could get with starstan and a vinator.
