  • Was given a homebrew kit while in the Army. Never really had a chance to brew anything other than stove top until now.

    How would these recipes respond to a little oak? I want to do a DIPA with some oak to sample an

    That would make sense, With the darker malts you have more sugar caramelized, which brings them
    closer to carbon, not sugar.

    Is it possible to find Amarillo rhizomes? Ive looked a few places on line with no luck. It
    seems to be an experimental or the result of an experiment and is tightly being controlled by
    the inventor.
