You guys got it backwards... If the CO2 made the contents cooler, as it warmed up to room
temperature, it would have expended.The contents probably got cooler from ambient temperature,
not from the CO...

You could probably also get a bunch of wine bottles from a local restaurant. They typically
just throw them out so they probably wouldn't mind saving them for you

I suggest splitting then pitching. If you pitch then split you will need to continuously stir
when siphoning into the two buckets in order to make sure that you don't get more yeast in one
of the buck...

I will admit I was a little nervous going from 5 gal to 10 but I am glad I did. Filling two
