  • Started with a box kit. Next batch was a hosh-posh extract. The next one was an all grain. Been all grain' ever since. Brewing on a jerry rigged 3 tier settup in my garage with 2 keggles and an aluminum turkey frier pot. My favorite beer I made was an all grain double decoction imperial stout.
  • Anything I can! I want to venture into some ciders with fresh apples and pears that grow around my property. I also want to try and harvest wild yeast. I am building a single tier brew sculpture and streamlineing my process. I like brewing COMPLETLY outside the norm, then, I LOVE brewing to style and historically accurate.
  • BEFE (aka Black hEFE) 23% ABV! Tastes of soy sauce (waaaay too muck black p.) About 2.5 yrs old and getting better.Horngey (Honey Orange Wheat)LPA (Lagered Pale Ale).
  • 2 5 gal. kegs of Hazelnut Brown Ale and a parti-gyle of that.

    That's not an explanation, it's just a restatement. Is there some actual reasoning behind
