    Add wort chiller with 15 minutes left . Then when using the wort chiller to lower your temp,
    stir the wort and it will speed up cooling time. Works every time for me.

    get a propane tank gauge. Then you always know how much is in the tank.

    i have always bottled after adding priming sugar and never had a bottle blow yet. This is the
    first i have heard of waiting to bottle.

    What about adding to the primary after fermentation has slowed? I have read about people adding
    hops and spices to get a specific flavor. I have not tried to do so yet.

    Made this last weekend. I am wondering if I need to rack to the secondary ? Or just leave it
    for another week and bottle .
