  • I have always loved beer and had an interest in brewing my own but I didn't have the space or money to get started until recently. I brewed my first batch (Extract) in Feb '12 and just finished my first AG batch March '12. I also have some of EdWort's Apfelwein going as well.

    My LHBS always has Citra so I have no worries on my end. I've used Citra with Amarillo and
    Simcoe twice with great results. I love Citra!

    Highly recommend stopping at Ale Asylum in Madison. Also, Great Dane, Vintage, and Capital
    Brewery are all great.
