  • I've been brewing from kits for several years, with one or two excursions into something more complex. Recently picked up a copy of "How to Brew", and currently working my way through the basic techniques....this time properly!
  • Oak Butt Brown Ale (John Palmer), an IPA, a (very) traditional Anglo-Saxon mead, perhaps some nettle beer, and I'd like to experiment with some Autumnal fruit beer too.
