Home Brewing Biography: Started with a mr beer..then relized how in depth and awesome brewing is..Then started learning about the history and was hooked..I now brew all grain and use a 10 gallon kettle,10 gallon igloo MT with SS braid FB,I had a plastic conical fermenter but i prefer glass carboys now,turkey fryer i use for boiling..I have a particlar interest in belgian and german styles of beer..One is free and one is strict..yin and yang..I have brewed BGSA's belgian dubbels,triples,"trappist"styles,american pale ales,german dunkels,hefe's,IPA's,amber ales..I repeat batchs alot esp belgians
Future Brews: I plan on brewing a kriek lambic and an american lager(like bud) just to test my ability not to drink..I will give away the american lager cause i do not like AL's but its a fun challenge and i can have some beer to give to my friends who like this style

Everyone... i love this forum..but i keep fu$$ing up brews and throwing away hard earned pay...

A bunch of dingle berries came to my house which is for sale unannounced and distracted me
causing me to ruin my batch of beer and had to dump it before it made it to the boil

I brewed a dead ringer kit the other day undershot my gravity by quite a bit should have been
