Home Brewing Biography: Brewing since 4 July '11 and loving it. You could say I was hooked from when I started working at a winery during the harvest a few years ago. Crushing grapes, racking wine, inoculating the must--I did a bit of everything.

Don't forget to account for your hydrometer readings. Every time you make a reading, that's
