    I'm using one of my Hansen blends this coming weekend and am making a big starter this week
    just in case the vials lost lots of viability due to it shipping warm. I think they'll be ok.

    Wiscacre Adjective Animal DIPA. Kind of West Coast/East Coast with some nice malt backing but
    tons of aroma and flavor. Those guys at Wiseacre make some great beers.

    Different yeast react differently. It's great to see how each has its own funk way of
