Well thanks for everyone's replies. I just bought a jug of the gherandelli's unsweetened coco,
will get some coffee an grind up later when it goes to secondary. To answer the question of

Got a reg. Irish Dry stout kit coming. Not sure of how much coco to add and plan on adding
maybe 3/4 pound of beans at the end of the boil for steeping. Want it to be pretty evident its

I read somewhere, want to say the joy of homebrewing by papazian that using pine was very bad.
I just ordered some spruce essence from NB to try one myself. I think he had a recipe on the

Had the same problem, if you just put one of those plastic hoseclamps on the cane end it will

Doing an american wheat now 1/2 regular and 1/2 w/blckberry xtract and wanted to ask everybody
how soon I can bottle. If I take readings on day 7 and 8 and no change is it time? What do you
