Id bet it was underpitched.Yeah, 1st time using liquid yeast was unaware of the importance of a
starter with this stuff. Brew and learn.Brewersfriend sums it up pretty good.

Is this unusual ? Used the liquid hefe yeast WL 300. Been fermenting in the mid 60s range.
