Ditch the columbus and substitute centennial. The late use of citra is spot on.

Save the citra for late additions, that is where it shines. I made a hoppy belgian with this
combo and it just wasn't my cup of tea. Good luck!

Zest will likely increase the bitterness a bit. If you're looking for orange flavor, then I'd

Cleaning after bottling. Everything gets put away absolutely clean for next time. Next would be
cleaning after brewing, specifically washing the soot off the boil pot.
