okay, so its been a while and this beer is long gone, but I figured I'd let everyone know it
came out fantastic - maybe the best beer I've made so far. That being said, it didn't taste
dead on at all....

how about for an IPA? my FG is 1.017, should have been 1.010. Does anyone know why this

Don't you have a cooking thermometer in the kitchen you can sanitize and use in a
pinch?Nope....one draw back to a vegetarian household, never had a need for one.I guess I could
