    Sounds like everyone here at some point or another!I'd say to save one of those soured bottles
    and crack it in a year or so when you've got a lot more batches under your belt and your
    procedures a lot...

    It should be fine. Only way to know for sure is take a reading. Can you see any krausen at all?
    I'd be shocked if properly sanitized yeast wouldn't ferment beer just from a little nap at 50

    +1 for starsan. I have a spray bottle of starsan and distilled water which is good for years.

    Yeast washing/rinsing is such a money saver, especially if you plan to use the same yeast type.
    Check YouTube, there's some great videos and it's really simple to do.

    I'd pitch it all. I always double pitch dry yeast for anything over 1.060 in a full batch, so
    pitching the whole pack for a half-batch is a good idea.
