  Bottled today and the zest if 7 limes seems about right. Will know more after carbonation.

  My stir plate worked great last week. But yesterday it kept throwing the stir bar!May want to
  step down the voltage on the power supply.

  Cost around $15. Had to replace a 12v power supply with a 5v.

  Anyone know approx how may limes it will takes to produce 2oz of lime zest? 6-8? Brewing a
  homemade recipe and want to add 2oz of fresh lime zest at end of the boil.
