    I use a 1 gallon plastic bag after I open it, as well. I keep it in a cabinet in the garage
    with my other brewing supplies. Have not had it get hard there.

    Will be building one this weekend, in anticipation of brewing a Firestone Walker Union Jack
    clone next Friday (care of Can You Brew It). Will definitely help with decreasing the hop
    sludge!
