I am planning on making a simple kool aid wine but I'm worried all the sweetness will be lost
in fermentation. Is there a way to retain the sweetness and keep it from getting dry?

Why do people have a need to name their "brewery"? I don't own a brewery, so I don't have a
name. I brew beer at home, and give it to friends, but don't name my "brewery" or my beers. I

I use pinlock and got them from Kegconnection. They sent a cap that you put in the gas side to
release pressure. It's definitely not as convenient as the quick release, but it's pretty easy.

Yes you can buy a whole new lid or just the release valve. Keg Connection has them both, as
well as other vendors.Thanks, new brewer and trying to get my setup perfect before I start.
