    ABOUT ME

  • Home brewer and
    distiller; runner; avid
    BBQ
  • Nurse Anesthetist and DJ (biz on the side)
  • Chris O
  • Super eclectic...electronica to bluegrass
  • Started '95 extract. Upgraded to 5 gal igloo with false bottom after a few brews. Later upgrades included a 10 gallon igloo, converted keggles with bazooka screens. Many broken glass carboys, a mini brew fermenter...and a bunch of other homemade and purchased swag. Recently upgraded to a brew boss system.
  • Do a lot of one-gallon specialty/pilot brews and will continue this trend. Experimenting with homegrown hops and unusual adjuncts. Love higher-gravity styles and hybrids. Very opinionated about all things gastronomic.
  • Tap water
  • Ambient air
  • Nothin'
  • Currently on tap is a bourbon stout, a sweet stout and a Belgian IPA.

    authenticity.
