Sounds like they might be overcarbed. You can very gently pry up the caps just a tad and they
will offgas without removing the cap. You might need to do it a few times to hit a decent carb

I don't think it should be too harmful having it at 40 not 20 as i entered it on hopville and
it came in at 90 ibu 80 something if I changed it to 20 min I don't know if the bitterness
