No, you want to get some of the yeast that may have fallen out of suspension back into the mix.

What are the temps like? If it is below 70, I would try to warm it up to 70 or 72 (double check
the temp range, never used that yeast). Give it a gentle swirl, no splashing, just enough to

should I have used a starter with the second pitch? i used a starter with the initial 1098, but
