- Saw a sign on a building years ago and it said "Make Beer" so I stopped in and have been making beer ever since. I've been an extract brewer and partial mash brewer and now have ventured into all grain but need some help with the process of sparging etc.

My Robust Porter has been in the secondary for 6 days now. When I brewed I added 1oz. of
Fuggles but had to boil for 90 minutes to get to the 5 gallon volume. Since the boil was longer

Just drained my wort into the kettle and was going to take a reading and discovered the
