Oops, your right. Caramel and roasted malts have been converted in the malting or roasting
process. And wouldn't you know it. The caramel an roasted malts add up to 21 points, so that's

I just had the White Oak Jai Alai I found that the wood took the edge off, almost too
restrained. If I brewed this I would bump the hops up slightly, expect it to be very tropical

I would bump up the Carafa to a full pound and replace the Crystal with Victory malt, but that
is just me. The hops schedule looks great, should be quite tropical smelling and deep
