    All this talk about hooking up chillers when it's below freezing. Put the lid on at flameout
    and walk away for 4-5 hours. Boom, pitching temp.I started doing this, makes brewing in winter

    You sir, are doing it right. We have found that 2 turbos in the family makes for a happy
