don't know the wattage. It is a standard terrarium heat rope. I can control both heating and

I would pull it off the original cake if your going to ferment for any length of time. Risk of
oxidation is minimal compared to the flavors the yeast give off after an extended time

So I bottled on 3/1 it's been sitting at 70 degrees. Excitement/curiosity got the best of me
