  • I've been into home brewing ever since I got started about four years ago. I would consider myself an intermediate all grain brewer. My current setup is a RIMS system that I designed and built myself, a couple of five gallon carboys, I chill my wort with a copper chiller. I currently have three beers on tap in my fridge, a nut brown ale, a cherry stout and a holiday beer that tasts similar to a Luinenkugels Sunset Wheat.

I currently am refining my RIMS system, adding another pump to pump from the mash tun to the boil kettle. Also making some changes to my keggle setup, adding some better thermometers.
  • I like to stick with Ales, mostly ambers and darks. The stout I just kegged is probably what I will brew again because I liked it so much.
  • Dark IPA
  • Bottlings a pain, kegging is it for me.
