- I was stationed in England while in the Air Force and developed a taste for fresh English Ales. When I returned home, I discovered you could not get these beers in Georgia. My Dad, the winemaker, convinced me that beer could be made at home, so we tried it with no real instructions except for what was on the can. I am very thankful to the people in my life who have been willing to share their brewing, mead, and wine making knowledge with me. I cannot my thanks enough. The only way I know of to in some way re-pay their generosity is by sharing the knowledge.
- Experimenting with Gluten Free brews, various Meads, and Apple Cider from fresh apples.
- Centennial IPA, ESB, Experimental Party Gyle
- French Saison and Belgian Saison. Cask Conditioned English Ale. A whole inventory of Meads and Wines. Since they need to age, you tend to have more in the cellar doing just that.
- I don't keg as much as I'd like to. Am looking for a good used fridge to build up a kegorator-built-for-4.
