  • One of my fraternity brothers in college came to me with an idea to homebrew "good" beer (Rather than our usual Natty Light). How hard could making 30 Gallons of all grain brew be?? We made 30 gallons of beer that was TERRIBLE....but I learned a whole lot! 2 years after the all-grain disaster another friend came up to me with an Idea to brew beer and this time we did it RIGHT... I did my homework and we bought a red ale kit. Now I brew 10-12 batches per year!
