I would suggest mashing in the 154-155 area. You can also add about 5-10% golden naked oats for
even more body.

"unfermented beer soda" is exactly what Malta Goya is. It's been sold for years. It's just
unfermented, carbonated beer from what I understand. I'm not sure if it is hopped though.
