bottling day and my riesling is crystal clear and tastes pretty darned good..... But at the
bottom of the carboy was about 2 bottles worth of sludge. Any ideas on how to filter it?

It is fermenting like crazy without raisins, so I'll let it be. I looked up other recipes and
they didn't have raisins in it at all, so I hope it's ok. Smells devine!
