I like Terrapin, especially their monster brews, but this one is gross. "Chocolate" flavor in
beer should be a flavor coincidental to the roasting of barley - not actual chocolate.Everyone

Yep, this is the best for quality improvements. The others were for "ease" of brewing.Yes no

Use a converted refrigerator or drop freezer. That's what I use. I use an external temperature
controller unit with a temperature probe placed on the inside and that can dial in within a
half a degree...

I always add the spices and the coffee to the boil so they can be pasteurized prior to adding
them to the fermentation vessel.
