    also - i pitched at 78 degrees because i couldnt get it any colder with the immersion chiller.

    Well I am a bit bummed that I won't end up with what I thought...but lesson learned. Next time

    My temperature was supposed to be 152-154 but I ended up around 158-160 at the beginning. When
