  • Been doing it since before we had the internet, we used to do a lot of snail mail buying and had almost no Local shops. Have seen all the changes come about and now just brew to keep 2 beers on tap. the days of contest etc. are far behind me.rnCurrently am setting up a new tower hybrid system that can produce 5 gallon batches.
  • Love to work on perfecting a few porter recipes and ESB recipes, besides that a good continental lager and a good pale ail on tap are what I do anymore.
