    Ouch!Cut down on the lifting one more step and get a wort chiller with a really long hose on
    it. No sense in lifting anything you don't have too.

    ok..SG before the boil was 1.050 (estimated 1.052) so I was close.In about 10 minutes I'll have
    the OG and will compare that.The wort is chilling right now and then I'm going to drop it in
    the carboy....

    I mashed at around 150-160 (varied around the mash tun) for 60 minutes.I was a little generous
    with the water after the first sparge and ended up with an extra gallon or so of wort.12lbs 2
