    ABOUT ME

  • Picked up home brewing in summer 2009 with a basic home kit. Due to limited space, I stick to extract brewing. I'm averaging about four, five-gallon batches a year at the moment, but I recently built a kegerator and bought some kegs, so I'll be able to do batches more often.
  • Lagering an Oktoberfest (thanks to a late start, looks like it's going to be a Novemberfest instead)
  • Blonde Ale
  • Male
  • Married
  • Ft Lauderdale

I'm using this strain right now, fermenting at about 72F. Same results as everyone else: I
didn't get any bubbling in the airlock, but krausen was good initially and disappeared after

I've used the canned pumpkin as well and it makes for great beer. It's less prepwork on brewday
    too.

If you're looking for smaller refrigerators that are suitable for kegerator builds, you may
start seeing deals pop up on CL in the next month or two as college students are graduating and
    cleaning out...

You got a great deal. I was trolling Craig's list this past summer looking for a fridge to do a
conversion on. If I'd come across something like this I would've snapped it up.
