  • I wanted to make some hard cider for Christmas in 2011. And that's what got me started. Now, it's right around the same year later, the end of 2012... And I have done a few new batches since then. I currently have fermenting a delicious pear, an apple/cedar/ Cherry and also a Cherry Bomb Cider that's going to be great!
  • Anything and everything! I have never been much of a drinker and I only have a taste for certain beers... So I think I'll start with ciders.

    By uninstalling and then going to the App Store I reinstalled, which now seems to install the
    older version by default. Not for me, I see the new tap talk app and download it and it is
    still in Portug...

    Its a known issue, should be an update through the app store very soon. Even if they fix it, if
