- I wanted to make some hard cider for Christmas in 2011. And that's what got me started. Now, it's right around the same time...one year later, the end of 2012... And I have done a few new batches since then. I currently have fermenting a delicious pear, an apple/cedar/ Cherry and also a Cherry Bomb Cider that's going to be great!
- Anything and everything! I have never been much of a drinker and I only have a taste for certain beers... So I think I'll start with ciders.

hydrometers.example 1....Posted in thread: Converting gravity to Brix? on 05-05-2013 at 09:02 PM
