Someone already mentioned backer board, but for Plywood, you would want a sacrificial board in
front and back....especially with a straight bit

I let it sit overnight - and I use campden...but i may try one without the tablet. I don't

I just went to my local shop on Wednesday, and they only had Wyeast - no White Labs. Maybe

if i recall correctly - midwest kits are geared toward 65% efficiency also - may have to do
