Thanks for the advice about the certification date. I didn't even know that was a concern. Yes,

I was given an old CO2 tank. It's about 4 feet tall and doesn't have the normal valves on top

Thanks. The temp was regulated better during fermentation. I just haven't had the time to

Last time I dryhopped (the only time), I racked the beer to secondary for a week, then added
loose pellets for a week. The pellets definitely spread out amongst the beer, but it was tough
